The revenue to receipts conversion module of the PolicyLinks system provides analysts with the ability to convert calendar year tax liability to fiscal year receipts.

The database for this module includes a set of receipts "mapping" files. These files contain historical detailed monthly receipts information by type of tax. Using these maps, each module's tax liabilities are converted into quarterly fiscal year receipts.

Our user interface allows the user to select, edit and apply receipts mapping patterns to a particular simulation.

Our receipts reports are standardized to some degree but labels can be customized to reflect a specific state's receipts terminology.
