Eric Cook and Nancy Cook each have over twenty years of experience in the development and delivery of tax policy analysis tools and services for state governments. There are no other senior managers having the depth and breadth of experience serving this market today. Other members of our client services team bring many years of tax policy analysis and related software development expertise to the project.

Eric and Nancy have shown their commitment to the clients of the state government tax market over the past twenty years, and have successfully developed and delivered tax policy analysis products and services to over twenty-five states. They began serving the state tax market while with (then) Price Waterhouse during the 1980s, and Barents Group, LLC of KPMG (now part of BearingPoint) during the 1990s. They formed Chainbridge in 2000 and have been successfully developing and delivering only the highest quality products and services for the firm's state government clients since that time.

• James (Jaime) Copenhaver - a senior Chainbridge software developer. Jaime has been integrally involved in the development of the PolicyLinks system, with a focus on all parts of the system excluding database development. He also devotes time to providing customer support and training. Prior to joining Chainbridge in 2000, Jaime was a software engineer with the State and Local Finance practice of Barents Group, LLC.
• Kirk Copen - a senior Chainbridge software developer, focused primarily on all database development and management, development and deployment of Enterprise Java Beans, and development of reports. He also devotes time to providing customer support and training. Prior to joining Chainbridge in 2000, Kirk was a system administrator with Prologic, Inc. He also served as an intern software engineer with the State and Local finance practice of Barents Group, LLC.
